Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
Follow up on quotations, sales inquiries, and pending customer requirements.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for complaint resolution and timely updates.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up trackers, and CRM data.
Generate daily and monthly MIS reports and ensure prompt issue escalation when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
