Supervise daily construction and site activities.
Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Check drawings, dimensions, levels, and site measurements before execution.
Ensure materials and workmanship comply with required quality standards.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely delivery to the site.
Conduct inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants/client representatives.
Identify technical or site-related issues and coordinate their resolution.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote secure working practices.
Verify subcontractor work quantities and assist with measurements and billing.
Maintain records of inspections, approvals, drawings, RFIs, and site instructions.




Coordinate testing and commissioning activities where applicable.
Assist with snagging, rectification, and project handover.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant construction/site engineering experience preferred.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools is an advantage.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary site teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
