Job Summary

The Restaurant Waitress is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
Check regularly on guests' needs and satisfaction.
Explicit and reset tables promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.
Prepare cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
Process or assist with guest bills and payments as required.




Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
Assist the restaurant team during busy periods and special functions.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th qualification preferred.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant personality and skilled grooming.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
