Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of impactful visual designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for aesthetics, excellent branding expertise, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality creative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
Create high-quality brochures, logos, social media creatives, banners, presentations, and print collateral.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to create compelling visual campaigns.
Conceptualize creative ideas and transform them into engaging visual content.
Review, guide, and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production teams when required.




Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and project requirements.

Skills Required
Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation is an added advantage.
Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills.
Solid attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A solid and diverse design portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and creative campaign work is mandatory.

Experience
4+ years of skilled experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
Prior experience leading creative projects or mentoring a design team is preferred.
