Plan, schedule, and conduct internal process audits across departments
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation and closure of audit findings.
Customer Experience and Complaint analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies
Identify process loopholes, recommend risk aversion measures, and suggest cost-saving prospects
Maintain open communication with management and audit committees to discuss findings and recommendationsAttention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Finding of observations/ area of improvements and implementation of improvements
Continuously monitor changes in regulations, industry best practices, and internal business processes.
Assist in maintaining audit documentation, logs, and records in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
.Positive communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the different team leads and Top Management

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
