Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to manage our in-house operations and coordinate with various department.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily sales activities and customer orders
Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch & Logistics teams.
Coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution
Monitor stock availability and update the sales team.
Track customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections
Maintain sales records, order details and daily MIS reports
Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations through effective coordination.

Requirements:
Any degree
Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales coordination/customer relationship management
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Positive Communication, coordination and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership responsibilities

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per year
