About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment portals, and handling hiring for senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
Source candidates through multiple recruitment portals and channels.
Handle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across different functions.
Manage hiring for senior and critical positions.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Drive effective stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.




Conduct candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate candidate and hiring data.
Work towards meeting hiring timelines and ensuring positions are closed efficiently.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience using multiple recruitment portals for sourcing.
Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Experience handling senior-level positions.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to successful closure.
