Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Freshers)

Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and well-organized Front Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them appropriately
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
Handle courier, postal, and document management
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Assist HR/Admin with basic coordination and documentation




Ensure office policies and security procedures are followed
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Skilled appearance and positive attitude.
