About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager who can independently manage projects from planning and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Translate client briefs into execution plans, production schedules and operational checklists.
Manage corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations from start to finish.
Source vendors, compare quotations, negotiate rates and coordinate procurement.
Prepare budgets, track costs and execute within approved budgets.
Coordinate fabrication, branding, AV, lighting, logistics, manpower and venue requirements.
Conduct site visits and oversee setup, rehearsals, event execution and dismantling.
Brief and supervise vendors, promoters and on-ground teams.
Work closely with client servicing,



design and accounts teams.
Resolve in office challenges and maintain quality, safety and delivery timelines.
Complete vendor reconciliations, expense reports and project closure documentation.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in event operations.
Experience with an event, experiential marketing or exhibition agency is preferred.
Proven ability to independently execute projects and manage multiple vendors.
Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication and logistics.
Positive negotiation, communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and budgeting.
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule during event execution.
