Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and accounting system management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and related accounting entries.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and ensure accurate accounting records.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances.
Record and reconcile transactions in Tally and Zoho Books.
Assist with preparation of monthly reports and MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounting-related queries.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting transactions.
Support month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
Willingness to travel as required for work-related activities.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books.
Valuable understanding of Bank Reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidate should be open to travelling as required for the role.
Preferred: Candidates with relevant experience in handling complete day-to-day accounting activities and who are comfortable with work-related travel will be preferred.
