Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team. The BDO will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, generating leads, building customer relationships, meeting potential clients, and supporting the company in achieving its business growth targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate recent leads and business opportunities.
Contact customers and understand their property requirements.
Explain project details, pricing, and facilities to customers.
Arrange and conduct site visits.
Follow up with customers regularly.
Convert leads into property sales.
Build positive relationships with customers and channel partners.
Identify new brokers and channel partners.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.





Requirements & Skills
1+ year of experience in real estate sales or business development.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Good customer handling and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up skills.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to generate leads and find new customers.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Positive attitude and ability to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
