Key responsibilities – Project Lead-Turnkey Projects

· End-to-End Execution: Oversee design, civil work, electrical, plumbing, and interior fit-outs until the store is ready.

· Vendor & Contractor Management: Hire and direct third-party workers, suppliers, and specialized trade teams.

· Budget & Timeline Tracking: Keep project costs within the allocated budget and meet strict launch deadlines. Perfect of understanding of costing with intricate knowledge on BOM & BOQ.

· Quality Control: Inspect the site regularly to ensure work matches brand guidelines and safety codes.

Required Skills – Project Lead

· Technical Knowledge: Solid background in civil works, interior design, or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

· Communication: Ability to coordinate smoothly between internal team, clients, designers, and in office vendors/labor.

· Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve delays, material shortages, or overall errors and corrections on site

Qualification & Experience

Civil Engineer (mandatory)

8 to 10 years

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
