About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records and handling day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and other accounting entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and regular ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in monthly salary and expense-related accounting.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and account statements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients,



and internal departments regarding payment and billing matters.
Assist the senior accountant/finance team during audits and financial closing.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in B.Com qualification.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in Tally Prime, GST filing support, bank reconciliation, and invoice management will be preferred.
Should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
