Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the overall daily operations of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team.
Ensure monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets are achieved.
Monitor academic counselors, telecallers, and support staff.
Handle student and parent enquiries and ensure quality counseling.
Maintain excellent customer service and student satisfaction.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, admissions, conversions, and pending payments.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate student records.
Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and operational requirements.
Resolve student, staff, and operational issues effectively.
Implement marketing and promotional activities in the local area.
Maintain discipline, professionalism,



and a positive work culture.
Ensure the branch follows company policies and procedures.
Identify current business prospects and strategies to increase admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in education, admissions, sales, or branch management is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and counseling abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
