WE’RE HIRING – HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

A boutique hotel in Anjuna, Goa is looking for an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor.

We need someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of maintaining consistently high housekeeping standards across guest rooms and public areas.

MUST HAVE: 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotels or boutique properties
Experience supervising room attendants and housekeeping staff
Robust knowledge of room cleaning standards and inspection procedures
Ability to manage linen, laundry, amenities and housekeeping inventory
Experience with checklists, SOPs and daily housekeeping reports
Ability to plan room allocation and staff duties efficiently
Solid attention to cleanliness in rooms, bathrooms and common areas




Ability to identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team
Positive staff discipline, grooming and training standards
Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, systematic and accountable, and who can ensure rooms are guest-ready every day without constant supervision.

Location: Anjuna, Goa

Salary: ₹30,000+ depending on experience

Food & accommodation provided
