We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to manage field sales operations for our food products division. The candidate will be responsible for developing distributor networks, increasing market penetration, handling retail and wholesale outlets, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Location : Thiruvalla, Keralam

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales operations within the assigned area.
Ensure product availability and visibility in supermarkets, grocery stores, and other retail channels.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits and monitor market performance.
Build strong relationships with retailers and key customers.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.




Coordinate promotional activities and product launches in the market.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy distributor relations.

Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG or food product sales.
Experience in field sales and area handling is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage distributors and retail networks effectively.
Valuable knowledge of local market and sales operations.
Must possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience in contemporary trade and general trade sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
