Junior Accountant

Sneshi Financiers is a private financing company engaged in lending and financial services. We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, documentation, and office operations.

This is a hands-on junior role suited for someone with a basic understanding of accounting who is comfortable working with Tally, Excel, and routine data entry.

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day accounting entries and data entry in Tally
Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for loan, payment, and account-related data
Reconcile bank statements, loan accounts, and other financial records
Assist with preparation of documents and information required by auditors, accountants, and other external parties
Coordinate with external auditors/accountants for reconciliation and documentation requirements
Visit banks, auditor offices, or other offices when required for document submission, reconciliation, or follow-ups
Maintain organized physical and digital records




Provide general administrative and operational assistance to the office as required
Support the senior accounts/finance team with other routine accounting tasks

Requirements
1–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Understanding of basic accounting concepts
Positive attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining financial records
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Advantages

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
10 annual leaves
10 festival/national holidays
Hands-on exposure to accounting and financial operations in a private lending business

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
