Experience
Must hold Class I COC / Chief Engineer qualification with a Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent, and 8–12 years of shipping experience, including relevant shore-based experience in a Ship Management Company. Experience in PMS, dry docking, defect management, technical procurement and vessel operations is essential.

Qualification
Must have 8–12 years of overall experience in the shipping/marine industry, including relevant shore-based experience in a Ship Management Company. Preferably 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent / Technical Manager handling vessels from ashore. Experience in managing Gas Tankers / Oil Tankers / Chemical Tankers will be preferred, depending on vessel type.
