Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire interior design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and design presentations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
Prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D models, and AutoCAD layouts with precision and attention to quality.
Coordinate with the Projects, Execution, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage design schedules, track progress, and ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design concepts and the brand's aesthetic.
Conduct site visits, perform quality checks, and oversee design implementation to maintain high standards.
Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and cutting-edge technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging a creative and collaborative team environment.





Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in interior design, with a solid portfolio covering residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email writing and client presentations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
