Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.




Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their qualified growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
Robust analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a live environment.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system updates.
Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with software testing principles and automation frameworks related to TOSCA Testsuite.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
