Key Responsibilities

· Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, assembly lines, or press shops to meet target output and strict automotive delivery deadlines.

· Planning & Scheduling (PPC): Build master production schedules (MPS), balance plant capacity, and monitor Plan vs. Actual output using ERP/SAP systems.

· Supply & Inventory Control: Coordinate with purchase, stores, and sales teams to manage raw material stock, minimize Work-in-Progress (WIP), and drive On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

· Quality & Lean Standards: Implement tools like Kaizen, 5S, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) tracking, and root-cause analysis (8D, Poka-Yoke) to reduce defects.

· Manpower Utilization: Lead cross-functional teams, allocate shifts, and train operators on safety and assembly standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.





· Experience: 14 to 15+ years of hands-on plant operations and planning experience within an automotive OEM or auto-ancillary ecosystem.

· Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in SAP PP/MM modules, MRP, capacity planning, and automotive quality frameworks (PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949).

· CTC Range: ₹10.00 LPA to ₹12.00 LPA .

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
