Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
Identify recent customers and business prospects.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance/training to sales executives.
Visit customers and markets when required to understand their requirements and business opportunities.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure the sales team follows company policies and sales procedures.




Achieve revenue growth and improve overall sales performance.

Sales planning and reporting

Qualfication :
15 yrs experience in sales(Cement,Ceramics,Tiles,Paint)
FMCG - Added Advantage

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
