Test PCB/controller assemblies after production.
Test HVAC controllers for all functions and operating conditions.
Test relay outputs, digital inputs and analog inputs/outputs.
Check 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, temperature, humidity, pressure and sensor inputs.
Test RS485/Modbus communication using tools such as ModScan.
Test microcontroller-based controllers and identify PCB/component faults.
Wiring verification
Continuity testing
Insulation/short-circuit checks
Relay/contactor operation
Input/output verification
Functional testing
Read electrical schematics and PCB drawings.
Use multimeter, clamp meter, oscilloscope, DC power supply and other test equipment.
Record test results and prepare testing reports.
Troubleshoot failures and coordinate with production/design engineers.
Perform final QC before dispatch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
