Technical Skills
Strong Full-Stack development background.
Frontend: React (preferred), TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience with MVC is acceptable, but up-to-date frameworks are preferred.
Backend: Python, REST APIs, microservices.
Strong database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and scalable software architecture.

DevOps & Cloud
Positive understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, deployment pipelines, and release management. They don’t need to execute everything themselves but should be able to guide the team.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Leadership
Experience hiring, mentoring, conducting code reviews, managing performance, and building high-performing engineering teams.




Ability to collaborate effectively with product and business stakeholders.

Software Quality & Architecture
Robust understanding of testing, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Experience defining technical strategy and architecture, including build-vs-buy decisions, managing technical debt, introducing engineering standards, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
