We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can effectively communicate with clients and customers, understand their concerns, and provide timely support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate with clients and customers to understand their requirements and concerns.
Resolve customer queries by providing accurate and appropriate information.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are properly addressed.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build positive relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions, queries, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely response to customer requests and concerns.




Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate them to the concerned team.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Skills Required

Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and resolve customer queries.
Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling customers over calls.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
