Senior AccountantJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and independently managing statutory compliances related to GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, and ESIC.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filing – ITR 1 to ITR 7.
Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
Prepare and maintain Tax Audit documentation, including Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD.
Handle TDS calculation, challan payments, and return filing.
Manage PF and ESIC compliance and related portal activities.
Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Independently manage statutory compliance activities and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements




Graduate qualification required; B.Com or relevant Finance/Accounting qualification preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC.
Hands-on experience with relevant government compliance portals.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Ability to independently handle statutory compliance and accounting responsibilities.
Valuable attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
