Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, service requests, and investment needs.
Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products based on client needs and risk profile.
Ensure timely renewals of insurance and investment products to improve retention.
Proactively ask for referrals from existing clients and help expand the client base.
Handle complete onboarding of recent clients including KYC, documentation, and product explanation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Keep clients informed about their portfolio, market updates, and relevant prospects.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
