Shaadi Crafted is looking for an experienced Food & Beverages Skilled with hands-on experience in luxury weddings, events, hospitality, banquets, or premium catering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Food & Beverages operations for luxury weddings & events
Coordinate with chefs, caterers, F&B; teams and vendors
Oversee menus, live counters, beverages, service & guest requirements
Maintain quality, presentation, hygiene & service standards
Handle F&B; requirements across weddings, cocktails, sangeets, mehendis, brunches & receptions
Resolve on-ground and last-minute F&B; requirements efficiently
Candidate Requirements
Relevant Food & Beverages experience is mandatory
Luxury wedding/event or premium hospitality experience preferred
Solid knowledge of F&B; operations, cuisines & service standards
Excellent communication & coordination skills
Presentable, confident & professional
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury event environment
Salary: As per experience & last drawn salary.
