Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive / Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, billing, reconciliation, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries.
Handle GST calculation, filing, and payment.
Manage TDS, EPF/PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Handle cash, petty cash, receipts, and payments.
Prepare MIS, inventory, cash flow, and financial reports.
Maintain General Ledger and journal entries.
Follow up with vendors and customers for payments.
Assist in monthly closing and financial statement preparation.




Maintain proper records and financial documents.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, Property Management, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
