We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our HR Team in Bangalore.

The HR Recruiter will execute high-volume recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer follow-up and joining.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, databases and referrals.
Source candidates through social media and approved recruitment partners.
Screen candidates against role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate qualification.
Assess communication and basic role fit.
Coordinate interviews with ORN interview panels.
Maintain candidate status in the recruitment tracker.
Follow up with selected candidates.
Drive offer acceptance.
Follow up until joining.
Maintain candidate information accurately.
Capture current CTC,



expected CTC and notice period.
Maintain interview feedback.
Ensure no duplicate candidate calling.
Maintain one recruiter owner for every candidate.
Provide daily recruitment updates.

The previously defined recruiter productivity benchmark is:
40–50 profiles sourced/day
20–25 profiles screened/day
8–10 interviews/day
2–3 selections/day
1–2 offers/day
70%+ joining r

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
