About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, handle online bidding, and acquire Indian and international clients for our Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
Handle online bidding and proposal submissions on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
Identify and approach clients from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Maintain lead and client records and conduct regular follow-ups.




Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements.
Research new markets, competitors, and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements
Freshers can apply; candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in international sales, bidding, lead generation, and business development.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, or IT services is an advantage.
Positive negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
