Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary
Deploy, configure, administer, and support Kubernetes clusters in production settings.
Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Create and maintain Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, or equivalent.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, cluster performance, networking, and resource utilization.
Manage Kubernetes components including Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Persistent Volumes.
Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline application delivery.
Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
Support cloud environments such as GCP.
Ensure platform security, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and best practices.
Participate in production incident management and root cause analysis.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory
Robust hands-on experience with Kubernetes Administration
Containerization expertise using Docker
Experience with Helm Charts
Knowledge of Linux Administration
Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and support
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Shell Scripting
Experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
Understanding of Kubernetes networking and security concepts

Preferred
Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps
Exposure to GCP
Knowledge of Ansible automation
Experience with JFrog Artifactory or container registries
Cloud security and vulnerability management experience

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Relevant certifications are highly desirable:

o Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
o Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
o GCP Certifications
o Terraform Associate
