Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and references.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview schedules and follow-ups.
Handle offer negotiation, documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, EPC, FMCG, Engineering and other Non-IT sectors.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA-HR with 1+ years of recruitment experience and positive communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
