Job Responsibilities:

 2–5 years of skilled experience in e-commerce warehouse operations and MIS reporting.

 Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise with VLOOKUP, Pivot

Tables, and data visualization through charts, Dashboard, ERP/WMS

 Exhibit solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

 Display effective communication and coordination skills.

 Conduct comprehensive stock reconciliation.

 Monitor shipment performance and Return to Origin (RTO) metrics to ensure service standards

are maintained.

 Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports.

 Collaborate closely with the procurement, sales, and finance teams to facilitate seamless

warehouse operations.

 Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports that detail stock levels, order

processing, returns,



and overall warehouse performance.

 Analyze trends in orders, inventory, and logistics to identify potential process bottlenecks and

recommend actionable improvements.

 Maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management, with a

focus on operational efficiency and stock utilization.

 Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to ensure prompt delivery of shipments and

effective management of returns (RTO).

 Regularly update shipment details and maintain accurate tracking records.

 Warehouse performance and operations report monthly.

 Graduation in any discipline is required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
