Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Network Field Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure at customer and company locations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, access points, and other network equipment.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Visit customer sites for network installation, maintenance, and technical support.
Configure basic networking devices and IP addresses.
Diagnose and resolve network hardware and connectivity problems.
Perform preventive maintenance and network health checks.
Coordinate with the technical/support team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field service tasks.




Follow company security and networking standards.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of routers, switches, network cabling, and networking tools.
Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and network connectivity.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations.
CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge will be an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.
