REQUIREMENT OF F&B; CONTROLLER – (HONEY & DOUGH) PATPARGANJ INDUSTRIAL AREA

ANR FOOD WORKS LLP runs multiple casual dining restaurant by the name of HONEY AND DOUGH in Delhi/NCR areas. Honey & Dough is a one stop shop for complete range of Bakery continantal food, providing high quality products at a reasonable price. We have also huge range of exclusive gifting. It provides one of the best growth opportunities opportunities as its one of the fastest growing FNB brand in the city.

We are looking for F&B; Controller having experience of 5to 10 years at the same role with hospitality environment. Primarily responsibility of the candidate are calculating costs of Food and Beverages items and also responsible for the short and long terms planning of the Food and Beverage controlling and pricing aspects.

Responsibilities:-
Responsible to record information and produce control reports, periodically to help to maintain a suitable inventory.
Able to effectively control the food and beverages cost.
Control the food and beverages outlets, in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.




Prepare variance analysis for food and beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
Check and verify VOIDS in the system
Check and verify discounts on the POS system
Daily import of micro sales to materials control system.
Responsible for surprise spot checks at all outlets
Any other tasks as and when required by the Management.

Prerequisites:-
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Positive analytics and reporting skills
Experience with accounting systems, POS systems, cost and inventory systems.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment.

Education:-

Graduate (Preferably Commerce Graduate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
