KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Data Management & Reporting: Extract, compile, and clean data from multiple operational systems to create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (dashboards, performance trackers, and trend analyses).

Database Maintenance: Develop and maintain structured databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across all departments.

Process Automation: Build automated templates, macros (VBA), and energetic dashboards to streamline recurring reporting processes.

Business Insights: Analyze operational performance metrics, identify variance against business KPIs, and present transparent trends to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

. System Integration: Work alongside IT and departmental leads to improve data extraction workflows,



ERP system integrations, and reporting tools.

Quality Assurance: Perform regular data audits to identify inconsistencies or errors, resolving data discrepancies promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 6 months–2 years of experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Reporting role.

Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Power Query).

Hands-on experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction. Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,999.00 per month
