Key Responsibilities
Manage daily F&B; service operations efficiently.
Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen/bar team for timely service.
Maintain proper standards of food presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
Monitor table setup, service areas, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining daily sales, billing, and operational records.




Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
Support the F&B; Manager/Supervisor in achieving sales and service targets.
Train and guide junior service staff when required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in F&B;, restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality operations.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
