Generative AI Engineer

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer who can turn business problems into production-grade AI solutions. You will work across the full ML lifecycle — from data collection and model fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring — while collaborating with engineering, product, and client teams to ship AI features that deliver real impact.

Requirements
Fine-tune large language models using LoRA, PEFT, RLHF, and other alignment techniques for domain-specific use cases
Build and deploy RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-modal AI systems in production
Design evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, hallucination rates, and task performance
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services
Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and quickly evaluate current models and techniques

What do we expect?




3+ years of hands-on experience in ML/AI engineering, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI and LLMs
Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and model scaling laws
Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow)
Experience deploying models via REST APIs, containerized services, or serverless infrastructure
Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
