National Institute of Education and Development (NIED) is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Community Officer to support our skill development and community-based initiatives.

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Management or a relevant field
Experience: 1–3 years in community mobilisation, skill development, livelihood projects, NGO or CSR programmes

Key Responsibilities:
Community outreach and mobilisation for skill development programmes
Conduct awareness activities, counselling and community meetings
Coordinate with candidates, community representatives and local stakeholders
Support candidate enrolment and batch formation




Maintain mobilisation and programme records
Coordinate with project and training teams for smooth implementation
Support field activities, surveys and community-level initiatives
Conduct regular field visits and submit reports

Ideal Candidate:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to work in the field, ownership of responsibilities, and an interest in community development, skill development and youth employability.
