Full time Accountant

Haji Ebrahim is a growing shawarma and food brand known for its quality, authentic flavours, and customer-focused approach. As we continue to expand our business and operations, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Full-Time Accountant to join our team and manage the day-to-day financial activities of the business.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day-to-day accounts and financial records
Record and monitor daily sales, purchases, expenses, and other transactions
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile cash, bank, and other financial transactions
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
Monitor expenses and assist with cost control
Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Assist with monthly closing and financial reconciliation
Coordinate with management regarding payments, expenses, and financial matters
Ensure accounts are maintained accurately and on time
Assist with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements when required





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience as an Accountant, preferably in a restaurant, food, retail, or FMCG business
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Valuable numerical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage records independently and meet deadlines
Good communication and organisational skills

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organised, trustworthy, and comfortable taking responsibility for the company’s day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently while coordinating closely with management as the business continues to grow.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
