Night Receptionist – Saintsvalley Hotels, Tapovan

We are looking for a smart, well-groomed and responsible Night Receptionist to join our hotel team.

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle night check-ins and early check-outs.
Handle guest calls, requests and complaints politely.
Manage hotel bookings and room availability.
Use the hotel PMS/computer system for bookings and guest details.
Collect cash, UPI and card payments and maintain proper records.
Check pending payments and room status.
Complete night audit and daily reports.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Handle any night-time problem or emergency and inform the manager when required.
Give proper handover to the morning receptionist.
Maintain guest privacy and hotel information.
Stay awake and attentive throughout the night shift.

Clean and well-maintained uniform.




Valuable personal hygiene and skilled appearance.
Polite and respectful with guests.
Positive communication and positive attitude.
No sleeping during duty hours.

Requirements:
Hotel reception/front-office experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi and basic English communication.
Honest, punctual and responsible.
Comfortable working night shifts.

Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Pay: ₹8,546.57 - ₹12,852.57 per month
