We are looking for HR - Intern for Dwarka location
Location: Dwarka (Hybrid) (Work from office)
Working Days: 6 days (Sunday offs)
Candidate will be offered monthly stipend
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout the selection process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our HR database.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources.
Fresher or with internship experience as an HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms to source and track candidates.
