Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Hiring: Partner with department heads to define job roles, screen candidates, and coordinate the hiring process.
Employee Relations: Handle workplace grievances, resolve conflicts, and support a positive company culture.
Compensation and Payroll: Administer employee wages, advantages, and statutory compliance.
Performance and Training: Oversee performance appraisals, training programs, and career development
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
