About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Sr. Executive to own the periodic reconciliation process for our US-based daycare client. The role involves supervising a junior team member, reviewing and finalising reconciliations, tracking and resolving action items, coordinating with internal teams and client centres, and ensuring all month-end entries and vouchers are accurate and submitted on time.Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end 3-way revenue reconciliation process; review the first cut prepared by the junior team member and finalise it Identify and document all variances and action items arising from the reconciliation Coordinate with internal teams and client centres to resolve open items within defined timelines Ensure all month-end journal entries and vouchers are correctly prepared and filed on time Maintain a structured tracker for all open and closed items; keep it current at all times Communicate reconciliation status, flags,



and follow-ups with client centres and business owners in written and spoken English Build and maintain automated working files and trackers using MS Excel, Power Query, and automation toolsRequirements 2–5 years of experience in accounts, reconciliation, or finance operations Understanding of basic finance — debits and credits, accounts receivable, and month-end close Advanced MS Excel and Power Query skills; experience with process automation tools Excellent written and spoken English — regular interaction with US-based client centres and business owners Ability to manage a junior team member and drive closure of open items within tight deadlinesGood to Have Experience in a BPO/KPO setup handling US client processes Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation or childcare/social services back-office operations B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance; CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
