Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: Bhilad - Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Coordinate with production, stores, sales, logistics, and transporters for smooth dispatch.
Manage material picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and update system transactions.
Work on SAP and SAP EWM for stock, warehouse, picking, and dispatch processes.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/store teams for material availability.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.




Track dispatched materials and coordinate with transporters for delivery status.
Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and MIS.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP and SAP EWM is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of dispatch documentation and warehouse processes.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
