About the Role

Invisor is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation.
Support the HR team in maintaining attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.
Prepare HR-related reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related requirements.
Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.




Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing BBA/B.Com/BA/BBM/MBA – HR or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Solid organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
Valuable attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
