We are looking for a Field Executive to handle POS/EDC card-swiping machine installations, service calls, and deinstallations at merchant locations across Hyderabad.

The candidate must have a two-wheeler . The role involves visiting approximately 6–8 locations per day based on the assigned route. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Install POS/EDC machines at assigned merchant locations.
Attend service and technical support calls.
Deinstall and collect POS/EDC machines when required.
Visit locations across Hyderabad according to the daily schedule.
Explain basic machine usage to merchants.
Complete service updates and submit required reports through the mobile application.
Maintain proper communication with the operations team and merchants.
Complete daily visits within the assigned turnaround time.

Requirements
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Willingness to travel throughout Hyderabad.




Ability to attend 6–8 visits per day.
Basic communication and smartphone skills.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in field service, banking equipment, telecom, or delivery operations will be an advantage.
Training will be provided.
