Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s finance and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
Maintain accurate ledgers and accounting documentation.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare reports related to sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and supplier balances.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Support management with accounting reports and financial information.




Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
Experience with Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, trading, or distribution is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
Experience with GST returns and routine statutory compliance.
