Key Responsibilities
Assist the Quality team in incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
Check products/components as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Support measurement and inspection using basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records.
Assist in identifying defects, deviations, and quality issues.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of rejection, rework, and non-conformance.
Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams regarding quality-related issues.
Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.




Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools will be an advantage.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
